When Mermaids Clash

A mermaid, when she puts her mind to something, can accomplish anything. And that’s exactly what happened when Berbola decided she wanted Amafura’s powers. With the advice of a hermit turtle, Berbola managed to get the sea witch’s source of power: a white pearl. Using this, Berbola herself went above ground, and changed her appearance to that of Dyesebel’s.

But she wasn’t Dyesebel, and the real one was already in Fredo’s arms. Or at least, that’s what Isabel thought when she first saw a glimpse of ‘Cassandra,’ the new woman who entered Fredo’s life. Unfortunately for Isabel, beauty always plays a bigger part above waters—and Fredo had already picked Cassandra over her, because he did not believe that Isabel was the real Dyesebel, not with her face.

Meanwhile, Paolo was sent to prison after the police caught him with Sheila Mae. Though the latter asked her parents to leave Paolo be, neither Don Juan nor Ava wanted to take back the case they filed. For the sake of their name and their status, they would rather let an innocent boy rot in jail.
